This business is individually owned & and operated. All customer care issues are handled through email. You may contact us by sending an email with any questions or concerns. We strive to maintain good customer service and to handle any issues as accurately and timely as possible.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

Please download our privacy policy here. Due to the nature of our products, it is possible they can melt during shipping. This is why we only sell certain products during the cooler months. Gels and other products that are pertinent to our product line are packaged as sufficiently as we deem reasonable for quality control. Even though we take extra precautions by using thermal packaging, they still could potentially melt. Most products solidify when brought back to room temperature and should the quality of the product shouldn't be changed. If you have concerns please e-mail us (juvtree@gmail.com).

SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Once an order is received, it typically takes 3-5 business days for the product to ship depending on holidays, back orders, and supply issues. We do not ship on holidays or weekends. Orders received after 2 pm may be processed the next business day. If your order is for a gift or you need prompt delivery, please let us know in an email. Certain holidays, especially Christmas, are considered our busiest seasons and may cause delayed orders.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

It isn't likely you will ever have a reason to return our products, however, in the unlikely event that you find one of our products unsatisfactory we will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If photographed evidence deems it necessary, we can provide a replacement. If you have any questions or concerns about allergies please email us before placing an order as it may be possible to do a custom order.

 

All efforts are made to avoid shipping damage, however, we are not responsible for careless shipping unless we hand-deliver the products to your home. If you receive a damaged shipment please contact your local shipping company. We normally use USPS for shipping. You can find their information on their website at this link - https://www.usps.com/help/contact-us.htm.

Please note that our products are made with natural ingredients which have a tendency to separate during shipping or when allowed to sit for too long. This can be solved by simply remixing the product. If our product is unsatisfactory you may send an email with pictures of the issue and we will work to resolve it as soon as possible.

The following payments are accepted:

  • Credit / Debit Cards

  • PAYPAL

  • Cash on local delivery within the Birmingham Metro Area, a delivery fee does apply. Please contact us to get a price for our delivery fees. 

  • Offline Payments with local delivery through Venmo or Cash App.
