PRODUCT CONTENT-
Although we make every effort to produce high-quality products that are safe for your body & the environment, natural scrubs & products that contain microdermabrasion ingredients could be harsh to your skin if not used properly. Please follow all instructions that come with the product. We are not responsible for the way you use our products. It is up to the buyers' discretion to maintain proper care & use. We also do not guarantee our products will provide a particular experience since everybody's body chemistry is different.

CAFFEINE CONTENT-
While using caffeinated products has been shown to be perfectly safe and even beneficial for the skin, it is important to know that your body will absorb the product's caffeine content. The longer you leave the product on, the more caffeine your body will absorb. However, the skin does a pretty good job of keeping things out. Some studies have shown that a face scrub alone will not get much caffeine into your system. According to several studies, a completely covered body would take at least 2 hours to absorb as much caffeine as a weak cup of coffee, so using our products on your face shouldn't be an issue. These findings are not significant but we thought we would add a warning in case some of our buyers are sensitive to caffeine. If you are sensitive to caffeine, you may want to consider using our products as a morning routine instead of using them at night.

OIL SAFETY WARNING
Our products contain coffee oil. We call it ©Juvtree Silk Oil. It is important to note that if the product is not rubbed in well it could potentially stain sinks, countertops, washcloths, or clothing. To ensure proper application and use, we kindly advise you to read all instructions that come with the product and to take precautions.​

Flammability / Combustibility Warning
Clothes stained with the oils in our products or other ingredients purchased on this site may be flammable and washing may not remove all residues. The CPSC recommends washing fabric material saturated with any substance found on this site more than once and then hanging to dry to avoid spontaneous combustion in a dryer. We are not responsible for fires caused by the use of our products! The manufacturer of Nature's Essential Oil has this warning on their website so we want to make you aware of their warning, we are not sure if the organic essential oils we use needs this warning but it is being posted so you can be aware- WARNING: These products can expose you to chemicals including myrcene, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer. For more information, go to (www.P65Warnings.ca.gov). This warning is commonly added to most websites that sell essential oil products. Please be aware that our products do contain essential oils.

SPECIAL ORDERS
If you are allergic to any of the ingredients in our products, please make a special order request by sending an email. We will substitute the ingredient you're allergic to for something else, if possible. This is our way of saying thank you for supporting us. Together, our protest against unhealthy ingredients being added to manufactured products can make a difference.

Warnings: For external use only. Do not ingest, this is not food. Avoid exposure to eyes or mucus areas such as mouth or nose. If any of our products come in contact with the opening of your eyes, flush immediately and then use eye drops. See a doctor is irritation persists and please let us know if you have an allergic reaction to any of our products.

SEPARATION OF INGREDIENTS IS A NATURAL OCCURANCE. FOR BEST RESULTS, USE THE SPATULA WE SEND TO STIR WITH THE PRODUCT AT EACH USE. DO NOT CONTAMINATE PRODUCTS WITH SHOWER WATER.

We recommend that you use our products as soon as you get them. Immediate use ensures your product does not age out. In a sealed jar, most of our products should last at least 3 months and some will last for up to a year (please see ingredient card that comes with each product to see when the product was made). Due to the handcrafted nature of all of our products, what temperature you keep the product stored in, how often you open them, & whether or not you use them in the shower, shelf-life time can vary. We take all precautions to ensure you receive a clean product with healthy ingredients. If you notice any mold or foul smells, this means you have probably contaminated the product with bacteria and need to throw it away.
NATURAL PRESERVATIVES DO NOT PRODUCE A LONG SHELF LIFE FOR SOME PRODUCTS. BEGIN TO USE ALL PRODUCTS IMMEDIATELY.
