INSTRUCTIONS & WARNINGS
*We don't recommend using our BODY POLISH more than twice a week as overuse can harm your natural skin barrier.
For daily cleansing purposes we offer an oat polish that is more gentle.
PRODUCT CONTENT- Although we make every effort to produce high-quality products that are safe for your body & the environment, natural scrubs & many of our other products can contain ingredients that could be harsh to your skin if not used properly. Please follow all instructions that come with the product. We are not responsible for plumbing issues or for the way you use our products. It is up to the buyers' discretion to maintain proper care & use. We also do not guarantee our products will provide a particular experience since everybody's body chemistry is made up differently.
CAFFEINE CONTENT- While using caffeinated products has been shown to be perfectly safe and even beneficial for the skin, it is important to know that your body will absorb the product's caffeine content. The longer you leave the product on, the more caffeine your body will absorb. However, the skin does a pretty good job of keeping things out. Some studies have shown that a body scrub alone will not get much caffeine into your system. According to several studies, a completely covered body would take at least 2 hours to absorb as much caffeine as a weak cup of coffee. These findings are not significant but we thought we would add a warning in case some of our buyers are sensitive to caffeine.
OIL SAFETY WARNING
OIL- The oil in our products may cause the floor of your tub or shower to become slippery. It is recommended that you use non-slip stick-on grip strips. Spray with natural cleaner or a cleaner of your choice & wipe off after every use. For a natural cleaner, use a mixture of borax, soap & water
Flammability / Combustibility Warning
Clothes stained with the oils in our products or other ingredients purchased on this site may be flammable and washing may not remove all residues. The CPSC recommends washing fabric material saturated with any substance found on this site more than once and then hanging to dry to avoid spontaneous combustion in a dryer. We are not responsible for fires caused by the use of my products! The manufacturer of Nature's Essential Oil has this warning on their website so I want to make you aware- WARNING: This product can expose you to chemicals including myrcene, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer. For more information, go to (www.P65Warnings.ca.gov).
SPECIAL ORDERS
If you are allergic to any of the ingredients in our products, please make a special order request by sending an email. We will substitute the ingredient you're allergic to for something else. This is our way of saying thank you for supporting us. Together, our protest against unhealthy ingredients being added to manufactured products can make a difference.

PRODUCT USAGE INFO
While we recommend using only products which are specifically formulated for the face, most of our scrubs can be used on the face if applied gently and soap is used afterward.
SEPARATION OF INGREDIENTS IS A NATURAL OCCURANCE. FOR BEST RESULTS, STIR WITH EACH USE AND DO NOT CONTAMINATE WITH SHOWER WATER.
In a sealed jar, most of our products should last at least 3 months. However, due to the handcrafted nature of all of our products, what temperature you keep the product stored in, how often you open them, & whether or not you use them in the shower, this time can vary.
